Okay but not great
Used BrightShore Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with BrightShore Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
