Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with BrightRock Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used BrightRock Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
