Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightRiver Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better

Multi-policy savings

Great for home insurance

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about BrightRiver Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
