Good broker
BrightGrove Insurance Brokers took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about BrightGrove Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through BrightGrove Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightGrove Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Highly recommend

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with BrightGrove Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at BrightGrove Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
