Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightGate Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
BrightGate Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at BrightGate Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
