Family business feel
BrightGate Insurance Agency has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Helpful but slow
The broker at BrightGate Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from BrightGate Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
