Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Toronto, BrightBridge Insurance Partners made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Ontario clearly.

Okay but not great
Used BrightBridge Insurance Partners for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightBridge Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
