Could be better
The rates BrightBay Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement

Slow and unresponsive
BrightBay Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
