Does the job
Brewer & Young Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Kitchener. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
Brewer & Young Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Could be better
The rates Brewer & Young Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great
Used Brewer & Young Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Decent service

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Brewer & Young Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Brewer & Young Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing
Brewer & Young Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.
