Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Brewer & Randall Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Brewer & Randall Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Brewer & Randall Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
