Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Bradley & Thomas Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
Bradley & Thomas Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Bradley & Thomas Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
