Good value
I appreciate that Bradley Insurance Ltd. shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bradley Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bradley Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
