Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bradley Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Family business feel

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Bradley Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
