Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bradley & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Bradley & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Bradley & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Fair pricing
Bradley & Associates Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

I appreciate that Bradley & Associates Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Does the job
