Friendly staff at Braken but dont make a claim. Been a customer of Co-operators for a few years and had a small claim less than $1000 but what is Insurance for if you have to fear or cant use it. They appear to enjoy collecting the premium but after a very badly handled small claim it finally was settled. Cooperaters own adjuster admitted they dropped the ball on my claim. Once resolved they increased my premiums by 35% which will not only repay what was paid on our claim in 1 year, it will also earn them more money in 1 year. I really dont like posting a 1 Star as our broker here is absolutely amazing. They will be losing one customer when I can find another market for us. Westland Insurance was shocked and said I was already over paying. Square One Insurance has also offered us a lower rate.
