Amazing customer service
The staff at Boyd & Robertson Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Boyd & Robertson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing

Okay but not great

Slow and unresponsive
Boyd & Robertson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
