Average experience
My experience with Boyd Insurance Ltd. was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Windsor, Boyd Insurance Ltd. made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Ontario clearly.

Room for improvement
Boyd Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Boyd Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Boyd Insurance Ltd. walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Does the job

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Boyd Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
