Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Boyd Insurance Brokers was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Boyd Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Boyd Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Boyd Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
