Solid broker
Boyd & Chapman Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Boyd & Chapman Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Good value
I appreciate that Boyd & Chapman Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Boyd & Chapman Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
