Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Boyd & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Boyd & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Amazing customer service
The staff at Boyd & Associates Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Okay but not great
Used Boyd & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Boyd & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
