Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Boucher Solutions d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience

Reliable broker

Disappointing experience

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Boucher Solutions d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
