Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Boucher Services d'Assurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Boucher Services d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Boucher Services d'Assurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
Boucher Services d'Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
