Smooth transition

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Bouchard Groupe d'Assurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Five stars all around

Room for improvement
Bouchard Groupe d'Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Bouchard Groupe d'Assurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
