Helpful staff
The staff at Bouchard Assurances were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Okay but not great
Used Bouchard Assurances for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bouchard Assurances was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
