Okay but not great
Used Bouchard Assurances for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bouchard Assurances. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bouchard Assurances. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
