Good value
I appreciate that Bolton & Simpson Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Bolton & Simpson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Amazing customer service

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bolton & Simpson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Multi-policy savings
