Five stars all around
Switched to BlueStream Risk Solutions on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive
BlueStream Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
BlueStream Risk Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
