Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, BlueShore Insurance Advisors was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Slow and unresponsive
BlueShore Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through BlueShore Insurance Advisors. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
BlueShore Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BlueShore Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at BlueShore Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
