Family business feel
BlueRock Insurance Group has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Room for improvement
BlueRock Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Could be better
The rates BlueRock Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with BlueRock Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
