Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, BluePoint Insurance Solutions handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Room for improvement
BluePoint Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
BluePoint Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Great for home insurance

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from BluePoint Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
