Solid broker
BlueLake Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with BlueLake Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
