Good value
I appreciate that BlueHill Insurance Services shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BlueHill Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
