Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through BlueHill Brokerage. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
BlueHill Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BlueHill Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
