Slow and unresponsive
BlueCreek Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates BlueCreek Insurance Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with BlueCreek Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
