Amazing customer service

Does the job
BlueBridge Brokerage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Hamilton. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
BlueBridge Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at BlueBridge Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Insurance made simple
