Okay but not great
Used Blais Groupe d'Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Blais Groupe d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings

Slow and unresponsive
Blais Groupe d'Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
Blais Groupe d'Assurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
