Family business feel
Blair & Burns Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Room for improvement
Blair & Burns Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Blair & Burns Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Blair & Burns Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
