Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Black Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Amazing customer service
The staff at Black Risk Management are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Black Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
