Room for improvement
Black Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Reliable broker
Been with Black Risk Management for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Black Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
