Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Black & Jones Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Black & Jones Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
