Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Black Insurance Group walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Solid broker
Black Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Black Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Black Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
