Room for improvement
Bishop & Armstrong Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Bishop & Armstrong Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bishop & Armstrong Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
