Tim and Tyler will promptly or quickly reply to my endless inquiries, they will make sure all that's needed to complete a transaction for me is done on time. I was with this brokerage for a very long time. My broker left and it’s only been issues after being assigned to Camil. They forgot to properly cancel my insurance policy on my motorcycle. I was being billed for months after requesting cancellation and they cancelled it incorrectly. I have a permanent flag on my driving history that looks like I have a non payment and everytime I shop for rates I’m being asked for a letter of experience. On top of this, my rates increased substantially and nothing was done to try and help reduce it. I won’t be coming back here after finding out where David moved to. Huge let down. Avoid
