We trying to bought our first car. And for that we need to done our insurance first. So we contact them regarding this. And One of their insurance agent Harjit help us a lot. She provide us a information regarding process of insurance. We like her service. She is so cooperative. She is doing everything to make us comfortable and satisfied. I just want to say her service is awesome.

Had a great experience working with Sati. We were shopping for home and car insurance and she has always come across as knowledgeable, pro active and someone that pays attention to the smallest of details. Highly recommend her for her professionalism and solution driven approach. Kudos 👏

I have had a terrible experience with them. My insurance was $170, but every month they charge me an incorrect amount of $243 and plus my actual insurance . When I asked about it, they apologized, but it took over 100 of calls to get the money back. Now, they've repeated the same mistake this month, charging me $368. Within 45 days, they've charged me twice inappropriately without any reason. They're bothering me repeatedly, which seems to be their standard practice. I wouldn't recommend this company. Very disappointing experience with this insurance brokerage with amandeep. Once I signed up for insurance, the broker completely stopped responding properly to my questions. I had a known pending payment, and I repeatedly asked the broker if I needed to pay manually or if anything was required from my side to avoid cancellation. I clearly told her I did not want my insurance to get suspended or cancelled. Each time, she told me there were no new emails and that I didn’t need to do anything, so I waited for the payment to be taken from my bank account as usual. Meanwhile, the insurance company had already sent registered emails, which I did not receive for almost two months. Despite asking the broker multiple times whether there were any notices or payments due, she kept saying she hadn’t received anything either and never forwarded any warning emails to me. As a result, my insurance was cancelled after two months due to non-payment. When I questioned it, I was simply told, “It was cancelled because you didn’t pay,” even though I had been actively checking and relying on the broker’s guidance. A month after the cancellation, I finally received an email saying I needed to pay or my insurance would be cancelled far too late. My insurance went really high because of this This cancellation happened because of poor communication and negligence from the broker. After they get your business, they do not follow up or look out for you at all. Be very careful dealing with this brokerage. I would not recommend them.
