No one likes to pay for insurance. But since we have to, I would like to recommend Vanessa Lakhan at Witty Best Buy Insurance in Whitby. I don’t know how she responds to me after hours and is always quick to reply whenever I need help. After being with Witty, I can’t fathom going anywhere else. My family has been with Best Buy for a few years now and I can tell you from my experience dealing with multiple companies over the last 30+ years... I feel like I can finally rest easy with Best Buy as my Broker. Everyone I've ever spoken to there has been really nice and helpful, the brokers/agents (I don't know what they like to be referred as lol) are super knowledgeable and accommodating! If your looking for a new insurance company that is very customer service centric (I know... crazy thought nowadays) then give these fine folks a shout, I've had great success and especially with my commercial policies I couldn't be happier!!
