My experience with Bennett & Partners Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Fair pricing
Bennett & Partners Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bennett & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Bennett & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
