Good value
I appreciate that Bennett & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bennett & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Smooth transition

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bennett & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Family business feel
