My experience with Bell & Oliver Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Does the job
Bell & Oliver Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Quebec City. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

The rates Bell & Oliver Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bell & Oliver Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
