Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Bell & Marshall Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bell & Marshall Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Bell & Marshall Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Renewal was painless

Room for improvement
Bell & Marshall Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Wonderful experience

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bell & Marshall Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
