Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bell & Hayes Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bell & Hayes Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Bell & Hayes Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful staff
The staff at Bell & Hayes Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Multi-policy savings

Does the job
Bell & Hayes Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Markham. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
